Research tells us that employees need opportunities for learning and growth. In team development the overarching objective is to produce effective teams.
We use Belbin® to establish participants’ natural behavioural preferences. Our mandatory pre-course work is designed to reveal these preferences and to tailor our activities and interventions to the team’s needs.
