Will is a HR professional with over 35 years experience in various sectors, particularly manufacturing and shared services. He has considerable experience in the areas of organisational change and employee development.
A graduate of the University of Limerick, Will also holds a Masters in Training and Development from the University of Sheffield. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
Paddy Lange (Adventurer)
Paddy has more than twenty years of experience in international business and leading people, including strategy planning and execution at senior level. He holds Master degrees in Engineering and Business and is a certified Belbin practitioner.
Since early childhood, Paddy has had a passion for the outdoors and adventure sports. Paddy claims that his greatest achievement is his family, followed by learning from (a lot of) mistakes…
John O’Leary (Champion)
John has more than twenty years of experience in various leadership roles. These include industrial, commercial and residential building industry, restaurateur/proprietor and emergency medicine.
Among others, John holds qualifications in project management and emergency medical science. John is also a fully certified Belbin practitioner.
